Dr. Mylene. D is a Clinical Psychologist&Integrative Neuroscience Practitioner, also Expert in Sciences of Education with over two decades of expertise in Clinical and Cognitive/Behavioral Therapy (CBT) dedicated to empowering Adults and Neurodiverse/Gifted Children.
Happy Mother of two, Proudly raised in APAC, her Academic foundation was forged at European's most prestigious Institutions including Medical University of PARIS-DESCARTES (PARIS-V) and University of Human Sciences&Arts PARIS-LA-SORBONNE (PARIS-IV)where she respectively earned dual D.E in Clinical Psychology and Master’s Degrees in Philosophy and Sciences of Education, later complemented by advanced&holistic Strategic Studies including Geopolitical Sciences, as well as Games&New Monetary Theories (NMT).
Her journey spans Continents and Disciplines ; From designing Pedagogy/Didactical techniques for the French Ministry of Education, Higher Education&Research and Lecturing in California under a U.S. Teacher's Exchange Visa Program, to providing Psychological Support and Guidance for Expats in APAC, including Neuroscience of Cultural shock, isolation, work-Life imbalance, fostering Neuroplasticity to build bridges and address trauma reactivation in unfamaliar settings, as well as leveraging Neuroscience and Clinical Psychology applied to Superior Talent Acquisition for Neuro-savy APAC region-based Organizations' HR recruitment testings blending clinical insights, including Cultural fit Neurobiology with robust Psychometrics for meaningful predictive hiring while also offering their High-Profile Executives Mental wellness workshops focused on Stress resilience (rewiring the stress response), mindful Leadership 'prefrontal Cortex regulation’, Emotional Intelligence (Neural basis) and combating burnout (HPA axis recovery).
Though once active as a Geopolitical-focused Macro Finance Advisor (contributing to Sputnik International and Global Security discourse), her focus now rests solely on fostering Mental Well-Being and Cognitive Resilience across Cultures.
Today, while she carries on with her activities for APAC-based Corporate, she provides Neuroscience-informed holistic therapies with cross-Cultural empathy to guide her Patients through Life's complexities from Vietnam's vibrant costal City of Nha Trang; Whether they're navigating anxiety, fuzzy relationship dynamics, Learning challenges, Parental overwhelm, Expatriate transitions or Digital Nomad lifestyle.
